Territory Account Executive - Hemp / Cannabis Brands - Dallas

You’ll play a critical role in achieving our ambitious growth objectives through targeted market visits, driving in-store sales, and executing localized growth strategies. You’ll be the key source of market insights, trends, and opportunities while developing relationships with retailers and distributors; focused on expanding our market share. This role requires a balance of inside and field sales, with about 40% of your time spent in the field, actively growing our presence in your assigned territory.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets, expand existing markets, and increase market share within your designated territory.
- Conduct regular visits to key markets to drive product sell-in, increase product saturation, and gather insights on competitive positioning and market opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for retail partners, conducting sales presentations, providing in-store training, and optimizing merchandising efforts.
- Build, manage, and expand a database of prospects, ensuring a strong pipeline of retail partners in your territory.
- Leverage CRM tools (HubSpot) to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity, interactions, and market performance.
- Become a subject matter expert on The Pack Labs’ products, market trends, and industry knowledge to effectively support and educate retail partners.
- Provide market feedback to leadership, offering insights into trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product and process improvements.
- Represent The Pack Labs at industry trade shows, networking events, and pop-up activations to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
- Proven experience in field sales, business development, or market expansion, ideally in hemp, cannabis, vape, alcohol, or other consumer packaged goods industries.
- A successful track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers and drive results.
- A self-starter who is highly motivated, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot to manage sales activity and analyze performance.
- Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable with extensive travel within your assigned territory.
- Must be 21 years of age or older due to industry regulations and hold a valid driver’s license.

- This role requires approximately 40% travel to key markets within the assigned territory to build relationships, drive sales, and gather market insights.
