Who you are:
As Vice President of Sales, you’ll lead The Pack Labs’ national expansion. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll architect and execute a sales strategy that breaks into new markets and inspires dominance across every key retail channel. You’ll do this by:
- Build and inspire a high-performance team- Building, scaling, and leading a national sales team that crushes goals and sets a culture of results, accountability, and excellence.
- Secure and grow retail partnerships by making our brands category leaders across convenience, smoke shops, specialty retailers, and more.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in new territories, product launches, and strategic partnerships.
- Implement scalable sales systems- from hiring and onboarding to processes, metrics, and forecasting—to optimize execution and performance.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product to align go-to-market strategies.
- Leverage data and CRM tools to track performance, uncover trends, and drive revenue growth.
- Represent The Pack Labs externally- building brand awareness and high-value connections at events and industry meetings.
- Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory changes to maintain competitive leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership, including 3–5+ years at the VP or senior director level, with experience in driving growth and operating within highly regulated industries, including CPG, cannabis/hemp, vape, alcohol, nutraceuticals, and related sectors.
- Proven track record of growing companies from small-scale to significant revenue growth
- Built and implemented sales playbooks, compensation plans, and CRM systems that scale teams and accelerate revenue.
- Strong financial and analytical management, with expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and full sales P&L ownership.
- Leverages data and KPIs to develop actionable strategies that drive growth and performance.
- Strong background in distributor and retail network management, including DSD, regional, and national accounts.
- Successfully executed and negotiated transformative distributor and retail partnerships
- Proven track record of hiring, leading, and retaining high-performing sales teams in fast-growth, dynamic environments.
- Proven ability to lead and deliver results in high-pressure, fast-changing, and uncertain environments

Benefits & Compensation
Uncapped commission structure OTE: $260,000–$400,000+
Base salary: $175,000–$200,000 + Yearly
